Our latest lookbook features eight bathrooms from Dezeen’s archive where green paint, tiles and wallpaper have been used to create a stylish retro look.
The avocado bathroom suite popular in the 1970s has been much derided over the years, but green bathrooms are back in a big way.
These eight examples show how elements such as green geometric tiles, olive paint or verdant wallpaper can create tranquil, elegant spaces that nod to the past.
This is the latest roundup in our Dezeen Lookbooks series that provide visual inspiration for designers and design enthusiasts. Previous lookbooks include marble bathrooms, interiors with slides at their centre and homes with exposed brickwork.
