Standard Dose in New York, USA, by SR Projects and Tuna Architecture
With New York set to legalise the product soon, Standard Dose is well prepared to cater to the city’s cannabis enthusiasts. The store sells CBD products, which contains cannabinoid derived from marijuana plants, in a calming shop in the city’s NoMad neighbourhood.
SR Projects and Tuna Architecture set out to create a tranquil browsing environment, complete with a yoga and meditation space with pink plaster walls and pale wooden floors.

Edition in Toronto, Canada, by StudioAC
Industrial grating has been used by architecture office StudioAC to create gridded display areas inside Edition, a marijuana dispensary in Toronto.
Limewashed walls provide a neutral backdrop for trays lined with smoking accessories such as bongs and rolling papers, while the odd pot plant adds a splash of greenery.

Los Angeles design studio Commune designed the Serra cannabis dispensary to look like a high-end jewellery store, with oak and brass display counters.
Counters made from Carrara marble and glass display boxes contain products including speciality strains, edibles, vapes and merchandise.

Candian-grown cannabis brand Alchemy has opened its flagship store in Downtown Toronto with spaces designed by Paolo Ferrari featuring terracotta tiles and colourful resin display cases.
Digital displays show marijuana-themed art and custom sniff jars are connected to screens that light up with information when customers interact with the product.

Los Angeles brand Dosist sells dose-controlled marijuana in the form of vape pens and edible dispensers.
Visitors to their shop are given a “wellness experience” by trained guides, who can show them round the minimalist interior decorated with white-washed maple wood and limestone.
